requires the master of any whatsoever fitting in this Starbour for the conveyance of ruigrants, whether to be shipped at this or any other port, to report the same to the Harbour master, and the
fittings to be subject to his approval. This provision is intended to

a recurrence of enses

Ship "Walle I' Agen" which, as already
slaven and
reported, fitted out in this Harbour in all respects then proceeded to a port
as
